Terms and Booking Conditions
JR Travel Global charges planning and coordination fees for advisory, itinerary, and booking coordination work. Supplier services are provided by independent third parties and follow their own terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies.
Some hotels, suppliers, or travel partners may provide JR Travel Global or its host/partner agency with a commission, preferred partner benefit, or referral fee. Where applicable, this does not increase the supplier's published price to you. Supplier commissions are separate from JR Travel Global's planning and coordination fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Planning and coordination fees do not include third-party supplier charges, cancellation penalties, hospital or clinic fees, government fees, insurance, flights, accommodation, transfers, taxes, visas, or other services unless clearly stated in writing.
